SubSuite is free for consumers to join. Brands pay a small transaction fee when payments are processed.
Your Primary Provider gives you access to exclusive, DIY bundle deals from their cross-promotional partners and more. Buy and manage DIY bundles to create the cost portfolio of your favorite services.
Pricing is dynamically created by brands themselves. Brands personalize prices just for you, based on what else you already subscribe to. The more you buy, the more you save.
You pay SubSuite for everything you purchase, and those funds are immediately dispersed to your new services.
You can manage them all directly from your SubSuite dashboard OR you can log-in and access your subscriptions normally from your individual providers. Transparent spending, saving, cancelations, upgrades and access.
You can access your subscriptions normally directly on your provider’s app, website, device, or smart TV. Links to all are provided in your SubSuite dashboard.
The longer your stay with your Primary brand (and to a lesser extent your DIY bundles) the higher your score goes. Brands can offer you lower rates on future prices the higher your loyalty score. You can also earn SubSuite dollars to apply to existing or new services.
You can cancel subscriptions directly from your SubSuite dashboard or directly from your individual subscription providers.
You can choose one of your DIY bundle services to become your new Primary provider with no additional charges or changes to your other services.
However, you will lose access to your Primary subscribers cross-promotional deals, marketplace and rewards. Your DIY bundle deals are a loyalty reward from your Primary provider, so canceling a Primary will negatively affect future discounts from other services on SubSuite. Pick a Primary provider your likely to stick with long term.
You can reach out to your service provider for support with things like technical problems, delivery updates, product returns, cancelations, and access issues.
